Nominations Open for our 2016 Technology Awards

Nominations are now open for our 2016 “Top Contact Centre Technology” awards.

Back by popular demand, the awards give recognition to the best products on the market, and help contact centre managers make informed decisions about the technologies they invest in.

As our awards are voted for by our readers, the results are impartial and provide an accurate picture of the best products out there.

We last ran our Technology Awards in April 2014.

330 people voted and the winners were announced as follows:

1st – Mplsystems intelligentContact
2nd – LiveOps Engage
3rd – Jabra BIZ 2400 corded headset

But it is down to you to decide which product will win in 2016.

Nominations will close on Thursday 16th June 2016, and voting will open at the end of June 2016.
