Talkdesk has been recognized as a leader across multiple categories in the G2 Fall 2025 Reports, securing the top position in the Overall Grid Report for Contact Centre

The company secured top positions across a wide range of categories, reflecting both its broad product portfolio and consistent user satisfaction.

In this latest round of evaluations, Talkdesk achieved leadership status not only in the core contact centre category but also in areas tied to emerging technologies such as AI and automation.

Its performance extended into workforce management, quality assurance, and call centre infrastructure, underscoring the company’s reach across different facets of customer experience solutions.

Beyond leadership placements, Talkdesk picked up badges highlighting strengths in usability, ease of setup, and customer relationships, with distinctions such as “Easiest to Use,” “Best Results,” and “Easiest to Do Business With.”

The recognition builds on a base of more than 1,700 five-star reviews, indicating strong adoption and satisfaction across enterprise, mid-market, and small-business users.

Altogether, Talkdesk collected 100 badges in the Fall 2025 Reports, cementing its role as a major player in the contact centre as a service landscape.
