The latest Forum Events Call Centre and Customer Services Summit was held on 22nd-23rd April at Heythrop Park Resort, Oxfordshire.
There were a range of workshops held across the event. Our Editor, Jonty Pearce, held a couple of “20 Contact Centre Tips workshops.”
