Call Centre Conference 2016, organised by Forum Events, took place in London on Thursday 23rd June.
The full-day event featured a number of talks from key members of the contact centre industry.
Highlights included:

Carolyn Blunt, Director of Real Results Training, discussing “Why Average Handling Time Is not the Bad Guy”

An Interactive Debate Panel, featuring Neil Clough from This Is Prime and Out There sharing key advice on motivating the contact centre workforce.
