mplsystems will be exhibiting at the Customer Contact Expo for the 10th year in a row.

This year’s event will be held at London Olympia on Wednesday 30th September – 1st October 2015.

mplsystems will be located on stand E40 and will be providing demonstrations of their customer engagement solution – positioned in the 2015 Gartner Magic Quadrant Customer Engagement CRM Centre.

They will also be featuring their new self-service module which blends automated webchat, email and mobile texts with the live contact centre environment.

In addition, there will be live demonstrations of a range of customer contact technologies – including advanced call handling, email management, webchat and self-service, customer service CRM, scheduling and mobile field service (all available on premise or SaaS).

Visitors are also able to hear mplsystems CEO, Paul White, present in the Technology Solutions Theatre on Wednesday 30th September at 2pm.

Susannah Richardson, Director of Marketing, will also be presenting on Thursday 1st October in the Future Solutions Theatre at 11:40am.
