Solution Joins G-Cloud 5

The intelligentContact solution by mplsystems has been awarded a place on G-Cloud 5.

It is subsequently available to public-sector organisations on a Software as a Service basis via CloudStore, the HM Government-approved online marketplace.

This platform allows anyone in public-sector organisations to buy off-the-shelf cloud-based services on a pay-as-you-go basis via the G-Cloud framework.

In addition to standard customer contact features such as ACD, call recording and skills-based routing, the solution also supports multiple channels, including email, SMS, social media, webchat and mobile, as well providing flexible agent desktop applications, knowledge management and self-service.

It was also listed in Gartner’s new CRM Customer Engagement Centre report and in the Web Customer Self-Service and Field Service Management sections of Gartner’s 2014 CRM Vendor Guide.
