Enghouse Interactive has announced at Enterprise Connect support for Microsoft Teams Phone extensibility in its contact centre solutions, coinciding with Microsoft’s official release.

This integration allows businesses to leverage Teams Phone capabilities within Enghouse’s platform, enhancing communication efficiency and customer interactions.

As a participant in Microsoft’s Technology Adoption Program (TAP), Enghouse Interactive has early access to this feature, aligning with its established expertise in communication solutions.

The integration offers several benefits, including seamless connectivity via Azure Communication Services, scalable cloud-based infrastructure, improved call management for agents, enhanced customer engagement across the workforce, and AI-driven tools like call recording and real-time transcription.

Ben Levy, President at Enghouse Interactive, said, “With Microsoft Teams Phone extensibility seamlessly integrated within their Enghouse contact centre, businesses can use their existing investments in Teams Phone and gain a powerful platform that measurably enhances workforce productivity and customer engagement.

Our support for Teams Phone extensibility underscores our commitment to innovation and ensures our customers have access to the latest advancements in communications technology.”

Our Digital Content Director, Xander Freeman, recently spoke with Paul Stanczak, VP of Sales for Americas and APAC at Enghouse to talk about their new integration in more detail.
