CallMiner has introduced CallMiner Outreach, an AI-powered CX and customer feedback management solution.

Unlike traditional survey tools, CallMiner Outreach triggers targeted outreach based on specific interaction characteristics, combining both solicited and unsolicited feedback for more intelligent surveys.

The tool analyses customer interactions from multiple channels like phone calls, social media, and emails, enabling personalized engagement such as surveys and offers.

It helps CX and contact centre leaders improve key metrics like NPS, CSAT, AHT, and FCR, fostering stronger customer relationships and operational efficiency.
