Integrated App Joins the Marketplace

LiveOps for Zendesk has been made available in the Zendesk Apps Marketplace.

This application combines LiveOps’ telephony capabilities with Zendesk’s cloud-based customer service software platform.

Designed to improve agent productivity and customer engagement, the app features a variety of call management tools including:

  • Intelligent skills-based inbound call routing
  • Quick creation of call flow checklists
  • Call-back capabilities for dropped calls
  • Call transfer and conference capabilities
  • Ongoing activity alerts
  • Dashboards for easier tracking

Calls can be delivered to dial-able numbers globally via landlines, mobile numbers, PBX handsets and soft phones. They can also be delivered directly to a PC using a WebRTC-enabled browser running Zendesk, which can remove the need for traditional business phone systems (PBX).
