THE DETAILS: There will be a P&Q Challenge Best Practice Awards Dinner where all companies that have completed the assessment have the opportunity to present their work, and the Best Upgrade examples will receive industry wide recognition for their achievement. Some of the companies that have participated in the P&Q Challenge so far include Lloyds Banking, British Gas, LV, bSkyb, Axa Wealth and many more. This will take place at Park Plaza from 2pm-8pm.
