Aspect announce new channel agreement

Aspect Software and Syntegra have signed a channel sales agreement.

According to the partnership terms, Syntegra, a Ukrainian system integrator, will distribute, implement and support Aspect solutions in Ukraine.

“Now with Aspect we can build complex contact centre and Unified Communications (UC) solutions for our customers that are based on IT-industry leading products. As a Microsoft partner we see the cooperation between Aspect and Microsoft as an additional advantage to Aspect’s unified approach to interaction management,” said Vladimir Zakharchenko, COO, Syntegra.

The partnership enables Syntegra to have access to Aspect’s contact centre solution Aspect Unified IP. This software platform enables tight integration with Lync and offers a comprehensive range of customer contact capabilities, from inbound routing and outbound call management, voice portals and multichannel self-service to unified communications and collaboration.
