Aspect Software announces new UK channel partner

Aspect Software announced a channel agreement with Amillan, bespoke IP-based voice and data networking, contact centre, unified communications and mobility solutions provider.

The agreement, which enables an offering of integrated Microsoft Lync and contact centre applications to customers in the UK, is part of Aspect’s wider programme in the region for strengthening its current offerings through resellers.

“As a Microsoft partner, Amillan is perfectly placed to create mutual benefits for both parties when it comes to meeting the increasing demand for unified communications from organisations, from back office to contact centre,” said Steve Boakes, Manager of Channels and Partners, Northern Europe, Aspect.

“The channel agreement with Aspect marks a significant stage for us,” said Richard Reid, Director, Amillan.

“Aspect is regarded as the premier contact centre provider for Microsoft Lync and this partnership will allow us to deliver excellent value and capability for new contact centre and workforce optimisation applications based upon the platform.”
