NICE has announced a strategic partnership with Deloitte Digital aimed at improving customer service through AI and automation.

The collaboration combines NICE’s CXone Mpower platform and Deloitte Digital’s industry expertise.

This alliance offers businesses solutions to improve productivity and deliver more personalised, proactive customer interactions. With brand-specific controls, organisations can tailor their service workflows to meet unique needs.

By combining strategy, implementation, and ongoing support, NICE and Deloitte Digital aim to help businesses enhance their customer service experience through advanced technology.
