A JO or job offer is a letter or email that you send out to a new employee offering them a new job with your company.

Contact centres and the BPO industry are big employers who need lots of staff.

Sending out job offers is a key part in the recruitment process.

Examples of use

  • We need to send out a JO. (We need to send out a job offer)
  • Have you sent out the JO? (Have you sent out the job offer?)
