EvaluAgent Confirm Release Date of Free Quality Monitoring Software

EvaluAgent has confirmed that its free Quality Monitoring Software will be released on 7th August.

The solution is said to be ideal for contact centres who are looking to move away from spreadsheets or are already paying for a similar existing solution.

Contact centres who have already provided feedback, or who have successfully achieved high-ranking positions on the company’s gamified waiting list, will be the first to receive access and prioritised support before general release in September.

On the announcement, EvaluAgent’s CEO, Jaime Scott said: “We’re all very excited and can’t wait to reveal this first release.”
