8×8 has announced the expanded availability of AI-powered voice support for its 8×8 Intelligent Customer Assistant.

This enhancement builds on the existing digital capabilities, making the solution more versatile for global customers.

The 8×8 Intelligent Customer Assistant now supports human-like voice interactions, in addition to digital channels, across multiple regions and languages. This enables businesses to provide scalable, automated, and personalized self-service experiences.

Key features include seamless workflows, personalized customer context, rapid bot deployment across channels, advanced analytics, and customizable CRM integrations.

By streamlining these processes, the solution aims to boost operational efficiency, improve first contact resolution (FCR), and enhance customer satisfaction (CSAT).
