soh have been working with Comic Relief to come up with some fun messages that are free for every contact centre to use.

The messages ask callers to get involved and donate. They feature the well-known voices of Su Pollard and Redd Pepper (the Hollywood film trailer voice) and others.

It doesn’t matter if you have 10 callers or 10,000 – every single one could make a difference.
