Have your say on what tomorrow’s contact centre will look like to be entered into a free prize draw for an iPad Mini.

Call Centre Helper and Cisco are joining forces to define what tomorrow’s contact centre will look like and would really like your help in highlighting what is going to be important to you.

We have put together a brief survey designed to capture your thoughts on how your contact centre priorities, practices and technologies are likely to change in the coming years.

Everyone who participates in the 10-minute survey will be provided with a copy of the Survey Report and will be entered into a prize draw to win an iPad Mini.

The survey closes at midnight on Friday 20th December 2013, and the prize draw will take place on 23rd December.
