THE DESCRIPTION: This 13 month programme is to help all attendees identify what good data they require for their operations, be it hard numbers from a system, verbatim from a customer or econometric indicators from the web, and to learn how to best use this information, triangulating real insight and adding significant value to all aspects of our day to day operations.
