Have your say on what is happening in today’s contact centres to be entered into a free prize draw for an iPad Mini.

Call Centre Helper and NewVoiceMedia are joining forces to find out what is really happening in today’s contact centres, and would really like your help in determining the state of the market.

We have put together a brief survey designed to capture your thoughts on how your contact centre operates, covering everything from homeworking to your most popular channels.

Everyone who participates in the 5-minute Contact Centre Survey will be provided with a copy of the Survey Report and will be entered into a prize draw to win an iPad Mini.
