How effective are you at setting up customer campaigns?

Infinity CCS is conducting research to find out how quickly and efficiently contact centres set up and manage new customer projects.  Read on to take part in the survey.
Infinity CCS is keen to find out:

  • How long it takes to set up new projects from initial briefing to Go Live
  • Who writes scripts and puts them onto IT systems
  • What software tools campaign developers use
  • What types of performance data agents, managers and supervisors can access

In return for your assistance, Infinity will send participants a free Executive Summary of its findings so you can compare your performance and capabilities to industry averages.

Infinity CCS will donate £10 to the British Red Cross for each of the first 50 questionnaires completed.
