Twelve Innovation Award finalists will be facilitating site visits with The Forum this year, giving an outstanding opportunity to see and hear for yourself about their outstanding initiatives.

The focus of each site visit will vary depending on the initiative the finalist has been recognised for, but the theme in common is on raising standards and meeting increased customer expectations. With topics suitable for those involved in planning, insight, quality and customer experience, the level of impact demonstrated by specialist support teams in these organisations has been astounding.

Predominantly designed for Forum members, they are available for non-members to book if places are available. They are not, however, open to direct competitors. The full list is:
