Hendrix The Dog Productions is offering one call centre the chance to win voice training and star in a documentary.

The corporate training and staff confidence-building company will provide the training.  The voice workshop shows agents how to make the most of their voice on the phone and how to improve their active listening skills to boost customer service and sales.   The free half-day telephone voice workshop will be with one of its professional actors.  They will also be given the chance to appear in a documentary for Channel 4.

The TV series aims to transform the public’s view of call centres and customer service by showing how much effort and investment goes into training. The series will highlight just how much businesses and their staff value their customers.
