Infinity CCS are looking to crown Britain’s customer contact quality champion.

Share your best practice example or idea for a chance to win recognition (and prizes) for your QA team.

Entries will be judged by leading call centre industry figures, including Jonty Pearce, Editor of Call Centre Helper and Ann-Marie Stagg, Chair of the CCMA.

The best example or idea will win a £1,500 Merida road racing bike.  Infinity will also be giving away up to £20,000 in licences for their quality software.

To ensure the winner is able to use the Infinity Quality software to its full capabilities, they can only accept entries from companies that:

  • Operate a contact centre with at least 20 seats or at least 20 customer-facing staff
  • Are based in the UK or Ireland

Quickly register to win for your contact centre.  www.infinityccs.com/bethebest
