Real Results Training has now successfully achieved the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) Approved Centre status and will begin delivering ILM qualifications.

ILM qualifications are designed to help managers increase staff efficiency and motivation, ensuring that their business runs at an optimum level of productivity.  Real Results Training joins the awarding body for qualifications both in the UK and a global network of over 2,000 accredited centres.
