The Royal Air Force have visited a contact centre in Bristol.

Royal Air Force personnel spent the day with staff from its outsourced contact centre services provider – Echo Managed Services – at their office in Bristol.

Agents working on the RAF campaign usually spend their days developing relationships with potential recruits in order to transfer ‘hot’ recruiting leads through to the next stage of the recruitment cycle.

Agents attempt to untangle the “human knot” in a team building exercise.

However, the visit saw agents swap their headsets for star jumps as they took part in a day of physical team-building sessions under RAF instruction. Activities included the “human knot” challenge, where the agents had to work together to untangle themselves as quickly as possible.
