Plantronics Gains Certification

A Plantronics solution has gained a new level of Cisco certification.

The standalone plugin for Windows version of the Cisco Jabber client (version 9.2 onwards and version 9.7 onwards) is now fully certified and listed on the Cisco marketplace solutions catalogue.

The plugin provides support for call control, mute synchronization and call hold/resume* with the complete range of Plantronics devices, providing the end user with a seamless user experience.

The plugin will be included in the forthcoming 10.5 release of Jabber for a plug-and-play experience.

The complete Plantronics product family range is now also Cisco IVT certified and will appear on the marketplace soon.

*Not all Plantronics devices support the hold/resume feature.
