Here is a selection of photos from the Call Centre Summit held at Whittlebury Hall in Northamptonshire on 16th September 2013.
The event attracted a wide range of contact centre professionals.
Speakers included Mats Rennstam from Bright, Martin Hill-Wilson from Brainfood Consulting and Jon Meredith from mplsystems.
Jonty Pearce from Call Centre Helper carried out two of his “20 Contact Centre Tips” sessions. The winning tips were from Andy Talbot from Footman James and Ben Osgood from Nottingham Building Society, who both won a bottle of champagne.
