Nominations open for Contact Centre Awards

The North West Contact Centre Awards are open for nominations.
Now in their 9th year, the awards are free to enter and aim to recognise the achievements of individuals, teams and organisations based in the North West region.
There are 15 categories to choose from in this year’s awards:
Individual
- Agent of the Year
- Team Leader of the Year
- Support Person of the Year
- Contact Centre Hero of the Year (new)
- Contact Centre Manager of the Year (under 100 seats)
- Contact Centre Manager of the Year (over 100 seats)
Company
- Best Implementation of Technology (new)
- Customer Contact Innovation Award (new)
- Best Training Programme
- Best Customer Experience Programme
- Best Multi-Channel Customer Service (new)
- Support Team of the Year
- Frontline Team of the Year
- Contact Centre of the Year (under 100 seats)
- Contact Centre of the Year (over 100 seats)

The deadline for nominations is midnight on 23rd May 2014.
Megan is Editor at Call Centre Helper. She first started working for Call Centre Helper in 2013 and has held a number of roles - News Editor, Features Editor and now Editor.
She has visited a large number of award winning contact centres such as Tesco, Lego, BT and AA. She is well respected in the industry.
