The European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards have announced the release of their brand new mobile application, which is designed to serve as the perfect accompaniment for the awards programme as well as providing those unable to attend with the very latest awards news and ceremony photos.
The ‘ECCCSA 2012’ App provides an innovative way for guests to interact and is designed to enhance the experience of the attendee before, during and after the event with a particular focus on a unique networking tool which allows users to message other guests at the awards and arrange meetings via a calendar request function, as well as finding out where they’re seated.
Following the gala dinner ,the app will be able to provide important entry deadlines and developments surrounding the 2013 programme.
