More Than 40% of Contact Centres Will Deploy AI Over the Next 12 Months

According to our poll,  some form of Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be deployed in 41% of contact centres within the next 12 months.

However, this figure will likely increase, as 35% of the participants in our poll revealed that their contact centre had not yet decided on whether to do so or not.

Yes – 41%
Yet to be decided – 35%
No – 24%
