Just 17% of Contact Centres Have an Aligned Customer Experience Adoption Process

According to our poll, only 17% of contact centres have an aligned experience adoption process as a key element of their strategy.
Meanwhile, 29% of contact centres admitted that they are still learning to adapt, whilst 31% are currently standardising and solving processes.
