Ultra has launched an initiative to help organisations better understand the true cost of their technology purchases.

The 2013 Cost of Technology survey poses 5 simple questions about the costs associated with a recent purchase, including ‘additional costs’ such as technology upgrades, maintenance, support, professional services and more.

Based on these responses, Ultra will send participants a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) calculation across the entire life of their technology equipment and applications.  And be warned – the results can be quite alarming!

Participants will also receive a free copy of the complete 2013 Cost of Technology survey report once the research is complete – enabling them to compare their TCO figures against industry averages.
