Hotel Chocolat Hits the Sweet Spot with injixo

Hotel Chocolat has chosen injixo’s cloud-based workforce management solution to improve its staff scheduling and streamline customer service.

The company, known for its ethical and original “tree-to-bar” chocolate experience, will use injixo to automate scheduling based on employee skills and customer demand, replacing its previously inefficient process.

Injixo’s advanced features will help Hotel Chocolat manage seasonal fluctuations, improve staffing efficiency, and reduce costs, especially during slow periods.

The platform also offers real-time schedule monitoring, same-day task assignments, and 24/7 mobile access for employees to view schedules and manage time off.
