Fusion Contact Centres are rolling out the fifth year of their NVQ programme. The course offers employees the opportunity to develop their skills in customer service and administration while achieving a recognised qualification.

12 employees from Fusion Coventry will attend weekly in-house workshops in order to complete the NVQ Customer Service Level II and the NVQ Business Administration Level II courses.

Della Garmory, Associate Director – Fusion HR, said:”To date, 199 Fusion employees have benefited from completing the qualifications and it’s good to see the programme going from strength to strength.”

“The NVQ programme is ideal because it is a win-win for both the individual and the business. It has already helped many of our people develop their careers.”

NVQ student Rebecca Ward, from Fusion Coventry, said “I’m really pleased to have been selected to join the NVQ programme. It’s good to be working towards a recognised qualification. I know it’s going to be extra commitment and study, but it will be great for my career and will all be worth it in the end. I can’t wait to get stuck in.”
