The Diabolocom team were delighted to attend and exhibit at the recent eCommerce Expo event which was held at London’s Kensington Olympia on the 26th and 27th September.

Diabolocom met with many interesting clients and industry colleagues whilst taking the opportunity to showcase the Diabolocom cloud contact centre solution which enables businesses to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all contact channels, whatever the volume of demand.

Sales Director for the UK & Ireland Mercedes Barbuti also treated guests to a speaker session around “Five ways a cloud-based contact centre solution can elevate the customer experience for ecommerce businesses”.
