THE DESCRIPTION: The Gala Dinner, where we announce and celebrate the Customer Contact Innovation Awards 2018, is held on the final night of the conference, Tuesday 24th April 2018 at the Majestic Hotel, Harrogate.
It is a fabulous black-tie event, which includes entertainment, live music and dancing into the early hours. Each of this year’s Innovation Award finalists has an inspiring story for us to learn from.
