Steven comments: “My role includes making sure we have a smooth operation at Wembley for visitors that have mobility problems.  This could be from needing a wheelchair to get around the stadium to giving someone a lift on a golf buggy if walking to the stadium is too far.  I’ll also be dealing with any complaints or escalations.”

Steven has received formal training and an accreditation and is looking forward to his first shift on Sunday 29th July 2012.

“There is such an excitement and anticipation awaiting the start of the Olympics and I am very proud to be part of it, as sport, especially football, has always been a massive part of my life.   I will also be attending Old Trafford on the 26th July 2012 to actually watch Team GB play one of their matches before heading to London,” concludes Steven.
