Call Centre Helper launches a new Forum

Got a call centre question to ask? Got some words of wisdom that you would like to share? Why not try out our new Call Centre Forum.
We have tried to make it as easy as possible to use and navigate.
And it seems to have paid off. Even before we officially launched, there are already a varied range of topics and posts on the Forum.
The forum can be accessed by clicking the “Forum” button on the top menu, or you can go there by following the Forum Link.
To add a post or reply to a question you will first need to register. Registration is straightforward and you can also easily add a photo.

The Call Centre Helper Forum is part of our Web 2.0 strategy aimed at building a strong and interactive community.

Jonty Pearce walked into his first call centre in 1989 and has been hooked ever since. He founded Call Centre Helper in 1989.
He is an Engineering Graduate with a background in marketing and publishing. In 2020 he won the AOP Digital Publishing Award for The Best Use of Data.
He writes and speaks on a wide variety of subjects - particularly around forecasting and scheduling. His in depth knowledge of forecasting algorithms has earned him the nickname "Mr Erlang."
