First Data Corporation has officially re-named Jupiter House, its recently refurbished and expanded contact centre facility in Basildon, at a special ceremony held at the site.
The event marked the completion of an 18-month, multi-million-pound investment programme of First Data’s premises and infrastructure in Basildon. At the event visitors were invited to tour the facilities and meet some of the 150 staff members based at Jupiter House, who carry out a range of customer contact services on behalf of First Data’s clients in the financial services sector.
“Jupiter House is one of First Data’s centres of excellence for contact centre services, offering clients a high quality and cost-effective solution for their customer service needs,” said Roger Bracken, Managing Director of First Data in the United Kingdom and Ireland. “As a company we are serious about investing in our people and operations to drive our vision of delivering the most secure and innovative payment solutions. Today’s celebration recognises the substantial investments we have made recently, which have created a more enjoyable and professional working environment for our employees and positioned our business more strongly for future growth.
