The Forum have announced a new agenda for their Customer Strategy & Planning conference, which is taking place on 24th- 25th April in Harrogate.

The company believe that this will be a fantastic opportunity to hear real, insightful learning from experienced practitioners on the significant issues and trends facing our industry. See the full agenda online – just released.

“During 2017, we will look at how great teams and organisations achieve breakthrough,” explains Steve Woosey, Chief Executive of The Forum.

“What builds success? What role does collaboration play in our releasing potential as professionals? None of this happens by chance; pioneers and leaders achieve results because they set out the right goals and put in place the preparation and support that is required.”

The Conference will close with the 15th Customer Contact Innovation Awards Gala where we announce and celebrate the winners of these much sought-after awards, to be held in Harrogate on 25th April 2017.
