You no longer have to scroll down to read our weekly Editor’s Tip!

Jonty’s Tips and Megan’s Tips are now conveniently located near the top of the homepage, just right of the latest management and technology articles.

Larger images in our “news and insights” section

The new website features larger images in our “news and insights” section.

We are now also updating this section on a daily basis, so watch this space to stay up to date with the latest news from the contact centre industry.

Not only does this look rather colourful, but you can also click through to a company’s Directory page just by clicking on their logo.

Calendar icon on our upcoming events

We’ve also added a handy calendar icon on our events section.

This will help you to find out when the latest industry events will be taking place – with just a quick glance.
