Our ‘Are You Delivering Exceptional Customer Service?’ survey closed on Wednesday 30th March 2016.

We wanted to find out how contact centres are rising to the challenge of delivering exceptional customer service.

In just 25 questions, this ‘Are You Delivering Exceptional Customer Service?’ survey looked at the key areas that can help or hinder the customer experience.

Questions include:

  • How often do you schedule training for your customer service team?
  • When did you last update your technology?
  • How are you currently mapping the customer journey?

The survey ran from 2nd March up to 30th March 2016. The results will be published in May 2016.

The final report will capture a snapshot view of the contact centre industry in 2016, as witnessed by 500+ current contact centre professionals.
