THE DESCRIPTION: Awarded by Ulster University, this is a hugely exciting opportunity for contact centre planners and analysts to gain externally accredited academic qualifications. This is the final year of the degree course and takes concepts and skills taught in previous levels into the strategic area. Modules include Assessing and Planning the Strategic Future, Leadership and Building Teams, Financial Controls and Reporting, Customer Quality, Introduction to the Global Industry and a final Dissertation.
