Interactive Intelligence has announced the launch of its enhanced Global Partner Program.
Additions include the new Systems Integrator, Telco/Carrier Programs, and an updated Channel Program. These are designed to give partners new revenue opportunities, particularly within the cloud market, while making it easier to do business with Interactive Intelligence.
In addition, Interactive Intelligence offers an Alliance Program designed for partners who offer solutions complementary to the company’s software and services. Partners can list their solutions for purchase on the Interactive Intelligence MarketPlace, a virtual store front for customers, partners and third-party developers.
A Consultant Program is also available for independent consultants who may recommend Interactive Intelligence as part of a client engagement.
