Plantronics Announce Tour Agenda

Plantronics have revealed the dates and agenda for their 2015 ‘The Way Ahead Tour’.

With customer calls becoming more complex and service expectations rising, there is a need to deliver smarter customer interactions.

The Plantronics ‘The Way Ahead Tour’ offers attendees the opportunity to hear about some of the latest developments in call centre technology from experts, including Ann-Marie Stagg (Chair of CCMA).

The tour will also be showcasing Plantronics EncorePro 500 Headsets, designed to be ergonomically correct, durable, lightweight, and comfortable for all-day wearing.

The Way Ahead Tour will visit 7 Locations:

  • Strathclyde – 14th January
  • Edinburgh – 15th January
  • Cardiff – 21st January
  • Coventry – 22nd January
  • Leeds – 4th February
  • Sunderland – 5th February
  • Dublin – 12th February

The Agenda

  • From 7.45am – Registration, breakfast, product showcase and speak to the experts
  • 9.00am – Meeting welcome (Judith Hogan, Head of Corporate Sales, Plantronics, UK and Ireland)
  • 9.10am – Smarter customer interactions start with a great headset (Paul Clark Vice President and Director, Plantronics, North West Europe and Africa)
  • 9.40am – The changing landscape of the contact centre (Ann-Marie Stagg, Chair of CCMA, UK)
  • 10.10am – Ask the panel (join our speakers for a debate on 2015 hot topics and Q&A)
  • 10.40am – Close.
