injixo have added Workforce Management to the smartphone to allow agents to check schedules and swap shifts.
The new application is part of injixo WFM, and allows agents to use their smartphone to check schedules, request time off and swap shifts.
It also integrates with mobile calendars to enable reminders that drive adherence, and supports all mobile browsers (including iPhone, iPad, Samsung, and Nokia).
