Teams at 2 Echo contact centres joined in the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning – for the 8th year in a row – to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The teams in Bristol and Walsall worked together to whip up a huge assortment of tantalising cakes and treats. It all got a little bit competitive amongst the teams, who were keen to be the site that raised the most money. The final tally showed Echo Walsall were victorious, raising £154.50, with Echo Bristol coming a close second with a fantastic £111.56 – totalling £226.06.

“We have some very talented bakers in the team and no shortage of people willing to sample their wares!” said Kate Booth, Communications Manager, Echo. “Every cake and cup of coffee sold at events like ours has helped to raise money for Macmillan to provide much needed support to people affected by cancer.”
