Noble Systems are running a free seminar called ‘Increasing Contact Centre Effectiveness Whilst Remaining Compliant’ on 12th September in Glasgow.

The Noble Exchange Breakfast Briefing is designed to teach you how to achieve maximum productivity in your contact centre whilst remaining compliant. The guest speaker for the event is Dave Nicholls from DJN Solutions, an independent consultant and expert on contact centre compliance. He (amongst others) will be giving short, concise presentations on ways to maintain a compliant centre, reduce the fear of fines, manage contact centre productivity and ultimately increase right party contacts.

“The Noble Exchange Seminars are designed to bring together delegates interested in exchanging ideas, networking with peers and gaining a better understanding of topical issues affecting the contact centre industry,” said Colin Chave, General Manager of Noble Systems EMEA.
