1,000 visitors attend contact centre fun day

Almost 1,000 visitors attended a Sunderland contact centre fun day this summer .

The good weather attracted a record crowd to the annual Fusion event, hosted this year at Sunderland’s ‘Stadium of Light’.

“Last year we wore our wellies and this year we were eating ice-creams!” said employee Alison Quinn. “This was by far the best Fun Day yet.”

The event was open to all employees working in the contact centre, with an array of activities on offer, including face painting, fairground rides and a wide selection of food.

Sarah Burns, Head of Site for Fusion, said: “Our employees are the heart of our business. It is because of their hard work and dedication that Fusion continues to provide first-class customer service and remain a popular employer in the Sunderland area.”
